AUSTIN ROAD <br /> MANTECA, CA 95336 <br /> EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: <br /> MODIFICATION OF COMPOST SCREENING OPERATION CONSISTING OF A TRANSPORTABLE MORBARK <br /> TROMMEL SCREEN POWERED BY A 173 HP JOHN DEERE MODEL 6068HF285 (TIER 3 CERTIFIED) DIESEL-FIRED <br /> IC ENGINE TO REPLACE THE EXISTING MORBARK TROMMEL SCREEN WITH A MORBARK MODEL 737 TROMMEL <br /> SCREEN. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> No air contaminant shall be released into the atmosphere which causes a public nuisance. [District Rule 41021 <br /> Particulate matter emissions shall not exceed 0.1 grains/dsef in concentration, [District Rule 42011 <br /> 3. No air contaminant shall be discharged into the atmosphere for a period or periods aggregating more than three <br /> minutes in arty one hour which is as dark as, or darker than, Ringelmann 1 or 20%opacity. [District Rule 4101] <br /> 4. The owner or operator shall comply with the fleet Pito emission standards, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements <br /> in Title 17 CCR 93116(Airborne Toxic Control Measure(ATCM)for Diesel Particulate Matter from Portable Engines <br /> Rated at 50 Horsepower and Greater)by the required compliance dates in the regulation. [17CCR 93116] <br /> 5. The engine shall not be operated at one location or site at the facility for more than 12 consecutive months. [District <br /> Rules 2201 &4701, and 17 CCR 93I 16] <br /> 6. This unit shall always operate at least 2,700 feet away from the nearest offsite receptor. [District Rule 420 11 <br /> 7. All equipment shall be maintained in good operating condition and shall be operated in a manner to minimize <br /> emissions of air contaminants into the atmosphere. [District Rule 22011 <br /> 8.
