Attached is an electronic version. I also mailed you back the original copy. There was another topic I wanted to discuss with you. It is regarding the cannery waste at Forward Landfill (39-AA- 0015). The cannery waste land application is now under the landfill operation. It is also now described in their WDRs. Up to this year, I've been filling out annual SWIS reports under an exempt status. Now our understanding is that this operation is no longer exempt. It will be inspected monthly during the landfill inspection. What do we need to do regarding SWIS at this point? Thanks. Ben 2
