Title 27 California Code of Regulations §21565 requires that to <br /> exempt cannery waste spreading sites from a Solid Waste Facility Permit,the EHD must conduct a public <br /> hearing. Exempt cannery waste spreading sites are inspected under an EHD Ag/Cannery Waste Disposal <br /> Site Permit. <br /> The following site will be heard at the public hearing: <br /> Forward Inc. <br /> 10 10 1 South Austin Road <br /> Manteca, CA 95336 <br /> (APN: 20106004) <br /> The EHD will accept comments at the public hearing held at: <br /> Agricultural Commissioner Office <br /> 1868 East Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> May 9th, 2007 at 3:00 PM <br /> Written comments will be accepted until May 9th,2007 at the Environmental Health Department, 600 East <br /> Main Street, Stockton, CA 95202.
