Brought into the packing house where the bins are <br /> weighed and put into cold rooms or fumigation <br /> chambers <br /> 3. Dumped into a tank full of water and go through <br /> sorting tables where all the rotten , discolored , and <br /> undersized cherries and by-products are disposed of <br /> into wooden bins <br /> 4. Go through a mechanical sizer, then ahydro-cooler, <br /> and then more sorting tables <br /> 5. Packed by weight and are ready to be shipped out <br />
