Main Street, Stockton CA 95202-3029 Dear Ben Scotto: Here is a.flow of how our, product runs from the fields to the facility all the way to the dumping of our bi-products. During our chen-y season, cherries are picked.up from the fields in totes, from there these totes are dumped into a small bin,which can hold up to 150 lbs of cherries. Cherries are brought in to the packing house where all bins are weighed and stage in the cold rooms or fumigation chambers.After these procedures cherries are dumped into a tank full,of water, this is the begistning of the packing cycle. After being dumped into the tank cherries go through a sorting table where all the rotten, discolored and small size are thrown away. Cherries continue through a mechanical sizer. After being sized they go through a hydro-cooler into a secondsorting table before going into the box. Cherries get packed in automatic fillers by weight. And once packed they are ready to be shipped out. All our bi-products get put on a trailer and taken to field located is 4700 Block S. Tack Tone Rd. Onions, for our onions we picked them up with the sack loader which is harvester machine,they are dumped from the harvester into 40 ,foot trailers to be taken to the packing shed. From here onions will be dump into a conveyor belt to where onions will be sorted by size.'Tbe badones will be disposed of and thrown away. We will collect all the bad onions into a 40 foot container till is full. Once the container is full the whole trailer will be taken to the dump site, Bi-products are taken to the dump site three times a. week and disked twice a week and if we needed will spray for flies every two weeks.
