MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM 2 <br /> MUSCO OLIVE PRODUCTS, INC. AND <br /> THE STUDLEY COMPANY <br /> WASTEWATER DISCHARGE TO LAND <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Production wastewater shall be sampled at the holding pond where water is temporarily stored <br /> prior to being pumped through the irrigation pipeline. Surface water runoff sampling shall occur at <br /> the most downgradient point of flow to the property boundary south of ponds A and B(surface <br /> impoundments). The locations where surface sampling occurs shall be identified and numbered on <br /> a map as part of the monitoring and reporting program report and shall correspond with laboratory <br /> reports. <br /> The Discharger shall annually monitor the soil at ten random areas that have received wastewater <br /> application. Soil at each test location shall be sampled at 0, 3, and 5 feet below ground surface and <br /> analyzed for the following constituents: <br /> Constituent Units <br /> Sodium mg/1 <br /> Chloride mg/l <br /> Sodium Absorption Ratio % <br /> Soil Fertility <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program on the effective date of this Order. <br /> Ordered by <br /> WILLIAM H.
