There are concerns over this site due to its <br /> A location near Banta. The solid waste permit will be issued with <br /> the following conditions: <br /> 1. Prior to spreading of wastes, the ground must be adequately <br /> prepared by cutting the grasses and/or weeds to facilitate <br /> proper drying of the waste materials. <br /> 2. The waste material must be spread thinly one to three inches <br /> deep to promote drying and to eliminate fly breeding. <br /> Within 24 hours after spreading, the waste material shall be <br /> stirred to promote drying. Finally waste material will be <br /> disced into the soil. <br /> 3 . Failure to maintain the site in good operating condition <br /> will result in denial of your solid waste permit for next <br /> ,,-------_Year. <br /> Zbmit <br /> $156 or your annual solid waste permit.
