Used oil filters can be accumulated up to a year. <br /> Place all drained used oil filters in the proper container, label containers and mark with accumulation start date. <br /> Immediately recycle these filters under a bill of lading and submit a copy of the bill of lading to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by August 10, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152). To schedule an <br /> appointment, please call (209)468-3420. <br /> Inspector provided: Schedule of free CUPA classes, Example of hazardous was labeling, Small Business <br /> Hazardous Waste Disposal Brochure. <br /> This is the fist routine hazardous waste inspection done for this facility since it underwent ownership and <br /> operations as Whitehawk Inc in 2018. <br /> Waste Streams: <br /> - Used oil <br /> - Used Antifreeze/Coolant <br /> - Drained used oil filters <br /> - Spent lead acid batteries (Returned to vendor Interstate Batteries) <br /> Observations noted during time of inspection: <br /> 104 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) No modified contingency plan <br /> An emergency coordinator and modified contingency plan information is lacking. There must be at least one <br /> emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the following <br /> information must be posted by a phone: the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of fire <br /> extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire department, <br /> unless the facility has a direct alarm. Immediately appoint an emergency coordinator and post the required <br /> information by a phone.
