SAN J O � � I `II411, Environmental Health Department <br /> C0IJNTy <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> TRAVLN TOYS 21200 PARADISE RD, TRACY August 19, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for waste oil and waste antifreeze from August 19th <br /> 2016 to 2019 were not found on site. <br /> Emphasis for the following manifest not found on site: <br /> -006193193SKS (2017/10/20) <br /> -005946826SKS (2017/04/26) <br /> Note: General Manager stated that this facility no longer produces waste oil. He states that his forklifts are serviced <br /> by a 3rd party vendor. <br /> Inspector asked who the 3rd party vendor was, he stated they are based out of Stockton and could not provide a <br /> name. <br /> Inspector asked for documentation proving that forklifts are serviced by a 3rd party vendor, no documentation could <br /> be provided at the moment. <br /> One consolidated manifest for waste antifreeze and waste oil provided dated 8/10/18 006045522GBF. <br /> REGULATION: Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility <br /> and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available <br /> for review. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for waste oil from August 19th <br /> 2016 to 2019, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> Immediate located any documentation from 3rd party vendor that services facilities forklifts. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> This is a closing inspection, this facility no longer produces hazardous waste. <br /> Inspector provide: Return to compliance certification, free cupa classes flier, forklift maintenance receipts. <br /> Waste streams observed: Lead acid batteries <br /> Note: Total hazardous waste generated for 2018 could not be calculated due to no disposal receipts. <br /> Lenny Nadeau, General Manager, states that no waste oil, antifreeze, and metal fines are produced at this <br /> facility as of 2018.
