ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> Subsurface Investigation <br /> 4318 East Pepsi Place <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) is hereby granted permission to perform a subsurface <br /> investigation at 4318 East Pepsi Place, Stockton, California. The subsurface investigation is being <br /> conducted to assess soil and ground water for contaminants related to former operations at the <br /> Ernie's General Store facility at 4407 East Waterloo Road, Stockton, California. The investigation <br /> is being conducted under the oversight of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD). <br /> Investigatory activities to be conducted on the property will consist of advancing one soil boring to <br /> a depth of approximately 80 feet below surface grade(bsg) for the installation of one ground water <br /> monitoring well. At the conclusion of the investigatory activities, the boring will be properly <br /> abandoned under permit with the original grade restored and any pavement properly repaired. <br /> All expenses for the subsurface investigation as related to the former activities at the 4407 East <br /> Waterloo Road site as outlined above shall be reimbursed by the Underground Storage Tank Clean- <br /> Up Fund (claim number 17028). <br /> Mr.Ernest Giannecchini will be given 48 hours notice prior to the initiation of field activities,which <br /> will be conducted in a manner to minimize disruption of normal site activities. <br /> I i / C57C <br /> Mr. Ernest Giannecchim Date <br /> Property Owner <br /> 4407 East Waterloo Road <br /> Stockton, California <br />
