BACKGROUND <br /> The site is located at 4407 East Waterloo Road, Stockton, California The site is located in a <br /> topographically flat area at an elevation between 30 and 35 feet above mean sea level in the city of <br /> Stockton, San Joaquin County, California The site is within the southeast quarter of Section 30, <br /> Township 2 North, Range 7 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian (Stockton East Quadrangle, <br /> 7 5-Minute USGS Topographic Series, 1968, photo revised 1987) <br /> 2 1 SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The property is currently occupied by a one-story grocery market and gasoline fueling facility Five <br /> fuel dispensers are located south of the market, four fuel dispensers are located east of the market <br /> and two fuel USTs are located southeast of the market Presently the facility operates one split <br /> 15,000-gallon UST containing 10,000 gallons of diesel fuel and 5,000 gallons of premium unleaded <br /> fuel and one 15,000-gallon UST containing regular unleaded fuel <br /> i <br /> Advanced CeoEnvirun mental,Inc <br />
