Page 2of2
I apologize for the delay, I was expecting to send you the well permits for the drilling at U-Haul and
Stockton Unified School District (SUSD) early this week -the permits were sent to Gregg Drilling last
week. Gregg assures me that they immediately mailed them back to me after they signed them.
They will be scanned once I receive them and submitted to you electronically. Unfortunately, I
inadvertently mixed up the addresses, and the check for the well fee that was made out to San
Joaquin County Health was also mailed to Gregg Drilling. I will be in the field today and tomorrow,
but Dan or Ken will follow up on the well permits and overnight a second check to your office for
delivery tomorrow.
I have obtained an access agreement with the SUSD (included with well permits), USA has been
notified, the private utility locator will mark the work areas this week, and the drillers and mobile lab
are ready to start on Tuesday the 7th. I understand if the well permits cannot be approved in this
short of a time span and am prepared to postpone the drilling if necessary. We will do everything
we can to get them to you today. Once you receive the permits, please let me know if drilling on the
7th is still feasible. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Steve Woodhull
Operations Manager/Project Geologist
Blaes Environmental Management, Inc.
Ph (602) 728-0707
Fx (602) 728-0708
Mb (602) 300-8307
3/3/2006
