Blaes Cnruonine�xalhlaitagenre�u Inc U-Haul4709-50 <br /> 002-70950-04 <br /> Groundwater Monitoring Report <br /> 03/27/02 <br /> vapor extraction and air sparge test, an aquifer pump test, and biofeasibility analysis of soil and <br /> groundwater <br /> On January 23, 2002, Blaes Environmental received authorization from the SJC to permit the proposed <br /> wells and proceed with off-site access for the additional monitor wells Off-site access and well <br /> installation activities will be completed during the second quarter of 2002 <br /> 14 PROGRAM OBJECTIVES <br /> The objective of the quarterly groundwater monitor mg program was to provide additional data <br /> (monitoring and analytical data) to further evaluate groundwater conditions beneath the site <br /> 1 5 SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The current quarterly monitoring event was conducted in March 2002 The monitoring event involved <br /> the following tasks 1) collecting field measurements of groundwater conditions from all of the well <br /> casings in each of the well locations, 2) purging monitoring wells prior to collecting groundwater <br /> samples, 3) storing and ptofilmg purged groundwater for disposal/treatment, 4) analyzing groundwater <br /> samples, and 5) preparation of this report <br /> 1 6 PROJECT TEAM <br /> The project team consisted of Blaes Environmental of Phoenix, Arizona and Del Mar Analytical, Inc <br /> (Del Mar), a California State certified analytical laboratory located in Irvine, California Blaes <br /> Environmental coordinated and managed the project, performed field measurements, collected, sealed and <br /> arranged for proper transport of the groundwater samples to the analytical laboratory, and prepared this <br /> report Del Mar provided sample containers and laboratory analysis of groundwater samples collected at <br /> the site <br /> 2 <br />
