Inspector Florido, Per my conversation with Bill Ross, the Environmental Compliance Manager with Safety- Kleen, he has stated that he spoke with you regarding the problem with their handhelds and the reasons why the Waste Code did not print. According to Mr. Ross, the new handheld IOS failed to recognize the code. I have attached the Return to compliance sheets that detail what the problem was and that they have/will fix the problem and will also agree to monitor the printing of future receipts to ensure they contain the proper waste code. With these attached return to compliance certifications, please let me know if this will close the violations for both stores. Regards!
