She stated that the owner's of the MFPU's and
the local homeless population take away supplies the minute that dispensers are filled. MFPU owners are provided with rest
room keys and are asked to keep them closed and locked, but not everyone wants to comply with the rules. Just two days ago
(she showed me pictures of her husband with extensive injuries)her husband was attacked by a homeless person. The
homeless person attacked him because he did not give him access to the rest room.
She stated that they will provide supplies again and install a new self closing device for rest room doors.
Observations: Rest rooms are very clean and have hot/cold water.Toilets, urinals, and sinks work. They do lack supplies.
Mens rest room door is open.
Correction: See report
FA0006386 C00052131 SCO04 07/01/2020
EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 2 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
