Hazardous material or waste cannot be released, intentionally or unintentionally, to the sewer/septic <br /> system, storm water system, or any other waters of the state. If a release occurs, it will be considered <br /> illegal hazardous waste disposal and will be subject to enforcement. <br /> 19. A "Certification of Installation/Modification" form for installed tank systems shall be submitted into <br /> CERS by the owner or operator, pursuant to CCR 2635(d), before this UST installation will be <br /> considered complete by the EHD. <br /> 20. All outstanding up-to-date permit fees must be paid prior to receiving the final approval to operate. <br /> 21. This permit expires at the end of the calendar year.
