Response to CUPA Inspection from January 05, 2016 to December 10, 2018, 3515 <br /> NAVY DR STE A 10183169 <br /> 3/16/15), 012917558JJK (9/25/14), all manifests were located <br /> and kept on site by Plant Manager. <br /> Violation #111 — See above for action taken #110 <br /> Violation - #114 — a procedure was developed for managing all consolidated manifests. <br /> Violation #406 — contaminated container was immediately marked. Procedure in place <br /> to fixt issue. Material managed as Non-RCRA hazardous waste and sent offsite. <br /> Violation # 605 — container label and procedure and training performed. <br /> Lauren Takos <br />
