Christine Lawrence
To: Shelley Joaquin
Subject: RE: FW: PR0527189 Your recent hazardous waste inspection report
Hello Shelley,
I have reviewed your return to compliance certification and the proof of corrections for violations from your July 31St
hazardous waste inspection. In order to be in compliance, be sure that the oil drained from the filters is emptied
frequently into your used oil drum. Also as a reminder, the used oil filters must be completely drained (you may need to
puncture the filters to drain all oil) and the drum must be labeled "Drained Used Oil Filters" with an accumulation start
date. Drained used oil filters may be stored on site for up to one year.As long as the oil is disposed of properly and the
used oil filters are stored correctly, the corrective actions documented achieve compliance. All violations have been
closed. No further action is needed at this time.
If you have any questions, you may contact me at (209)468-3562.
Best,
Christine Lawrence, EHS
From: Shelley Joaquin <Shelley@rb-protectivecoatings.com>
Sent: Friday, August 23, 2019 11:31 AM
To: Christine Lawrence<clawrence@sjgov.org>
Cc: Manzo, Elena K. <emanzo@sjgov.org>
Subject: Re: FW: PR0527189 Your recent hazardous waste inspection report
Christine;
Our Return To Compliance Certification is attached.
Shelley Joaquin
R&B Protective Coatings, Inc.
Quality Assurance Manager
NACE #6731
(209)887-2030 Phone
(209)887-2029 Fax
On Mon, Aug 5, 2019 at 1:32 PM Christine Lawrence <clawrence@sjgov.org> wrote:
Hello Shelley,
i
