Wilson Way <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed"Quarterly Report— <br /> Fourth Quarter 2005"dated March 12, 2007, prepared by Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. for <br /> the above referenced site. There have been no reports or data for 2006 submitted to <br /> GeoTracker,the State Water Resources Control Board internet database, as required by <br /> California Code of Regulations and EHD is not aware of any work occurring at the site during <br /> 2006. <br /> In a letter dated February 1, 2006, EHD directed that quarterly ground water monitoring was to <br /> continue. EHD also directed that an evaluation of site remediation by removal of some of the <br /> mass of contaminated soil from the former UST area be submitted to EHD by April 3, 2006, and <br /> that if it was determined that excavation of the contaminated soil was necessary, then a work plan <br /> for the excavation should be included in the evaluation report. EHD also directed that if it was <br /> determined that excavation of the contaminated soil was not necessary, then a work plan for <br /> installation of additional monitoring wells should be included in the evaluation report. <br /> EHD provides the following directives. If any of the compliance dates for the directives are not <br /> met, this site may be referred to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board for <br /> enforcement action.
