To schedule an appointment, please call (209)468-3420. <br /> Documents provided during inspection: return to compliance certification, free cupa classes flier, hazardous <br /> waste label <br /> Waste streams found: used oil, waste antifreeze, waste paint, waste paint thinner, used paper oil filters, used <br /> metal oil filters, used paint booth filters, used bondo dust. <br /> The following minor violations were corrected on site: <br /> Minor violation 1: OBSERVATION: The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed <br /> on-site: <br /> -One 55-gallon drum with waste antifreeze observed lacking lid for bunghole. Operator found and screwed lid on <br /> bunghole cap. <br /> -One 55-gallon drum with used oil observed lacking lid for bunghole. Operator found and screwed lid on <br /> bunghole cap. <br /> -One 55-gallon drum with used paper oil filters observed lacking ring for lid. Operator found and secured ring <br /> onto lid. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and <br /> storage, except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> Minor Violation 2: OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete <br /> labeling. <br /> The following were observed in the paint booth area: <br /> -One 55-gallon with waste paint observed lacking accumulation start date. Operator corrected on site using <br /> most recent disposal receipt to determine accumulation start date. <br /> -One 55-gallon drum with waste solvent/paint thinner observed lacking accumulation start date. Operator <br /> corrected on site using most recent disposal receipt to determine accumulation start date. <br /> -One 55-gallon drum with waste paint booth filter/solids observed lacking accumulation start date. Operator <br /> corrected on site using most recent disposal receipt to determine accumulation start date. <br /> The following were observed in the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One 55-gallon drum with used paper oil filters observed lacking accumulation start date and hazardous <br /> properties. Operator corrected on site using most recent disposal receipt to determine accumulation start date <br /> and checked "toxic" on hazardous waste label. <br /> -One 55-gallon drum with used oil observed lacking generator name and address, physical state, hazardous <br /> properties. Operator corrected on site by filling in generator name and address, physical state, and hazardous <br /> properties. <br /> -One 55-gallon drum with waste antifreeze observed lacking physical state and hazardous properties.
