Hazelton Ave <br /> Stockton, Ca 95205 <br /> To Whom It May Concern . <br /> 12 . 21 . 18, our facility was inspected . In an amended Reported dated 12 . 27 . 18, a line was amended . <br /> Reference 102 , CCR262 . 11 : Failed to Determine If A Waste Was A Hazardous Waste : As was explained <br /> during the course of the original inspection , the buckets involved were accumulation drip buckets . The <br /> recognized crystalline looking residue was accumulated and crystalized salt crystals, and glycerol crystals <br /> accumulated during processing and manufacturing of our end products . <br /> Since the inspection, all containers have been cleaned and all residue removed . Were appropriate or <br /> needed, the containers were relabeled .
