' Quarterly Report - Fourth Quarter 2003 <br /> iTOP FILLING STATION <br /> 101 South Wilson Way, Stockton, California <br />' 1.0. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Advanced GeoEnvlronmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this quarterly report for 101 South Wilson <br />' Way (the site), Stockton, California The site setting is illustrated on Figure 1 Site structures and <br /> monitoring well locations are depicted on Figure 2 <br />' The objective of the work was to monitor dissolved petroleum hydrocarbon concentrations in ground <br /> water and to characterize ground water flow direction and gradient on the site This report has been <br /> prepared in accordance with guidelines issued by the California Regional Water Quality Control <br />' Board- Central Valley Region (CVRWQCB) for investigation of underground storage tank(UST) <br /> sites A summary of previous investigations at the site was included in the AGE-prepared Quarterly <br />' Report- Third Quarter 2002, dated 13 December 2002 Ground water monitoring data acquired to <br /> date is included in the tables of this report <br /> Previous soil characteristics data obtained by a CPT investigation enabled AGE to define four <br />' informal hydrogeologic units (Quarterly Report - Second Quarter 2000, dated 31 July 2000) The <br /> informal hydrogeologic units were defined as Hydrologic Unit 1 (30 to 55 feet bsg), Hydrologic <br />' . Unit 2(55 to 65 feet bsg),Hydrologic Unit 3 (65 to 85 feet bsg)and Hydrologic Unit 4(85 to at least <br /> 100 feet bsg) <br />' 2.0. MONITORING AND SAMPLING PROCEDURES <br />' A quarterly ground water monitoring event was performed at the site on 10 November 2003 Ground <br /> water monitoring procedures for the site were outlined in Work Plan Addendum -June 2001, dated <br /> 11 June 2001 and approved by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />' (SJCEHD) by letter dated 07 July 2001 <br /> At the request of the SJCEHD,the November 2003 ground water momtonng events were performed <br />' at the Top Filling Station site and the Knowles-Roek site (102 South Wilson Way) on near dates, <br /> the Knowles-Roek ground water elevations and analytical results are tabulated and included in <br />' Appendix A <br /> 2 1 WELL MONITORING AND PURGING <br /> 1 <br /> Depth to ground water was measured in each well from the top of the well casing to the nearest <br />' 0 01-foot utilizing a Solinst water level meter Ground water was not encountered in wells VW-I A, <br /> VW-1B,VW-2B and VW-3B and was reported as `dry', ground water could not be recovered from <br /> wells MW-6A, B, MW-7A, B and C and the monitoring locations were subsequently reported as <br /> Advanced GeoE11VITOILHICulal,Iuc <br /> 1 <br />
