QUARTERLY REPORT <br /> March 1997 <br /> ITOP FILLING STATION <br /> 101 South Wilson Way <br />' Stockton, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> In accordance with the request of Mr Ed Endich, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc , (AGE) has <br />' prepared this Quarterly Report for the property at 101 South Wilson Way, Stockton, California The <br /> report summarizes field work performed at the site during March 1997 A description of previous <br /> investigations at the site was included in Quat terly Report- October 1996, dated 22 November 1996, <br /> prepared by AGE The location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1 - Location Map A layout of the <br /> property is depicted in Figure 2 - Site Plan <br />' This report is prepared in accordance with the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board (CVRWQCB) guidelines for the investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sites <br /> 2.0 QUARTERLY MONITORING PROCEDURES <br /> 2 1 MONITORING WELL PURGE PROCEDURES <br /> On 17 March 1997, the depth to ground water in monitoring wells MW-2, MW-3, MW-5 and VW- <br /> 1 C were measured from the top of the well casings to the nearest 0 01 foot utilizing a Solinst water <br /> level meter Relative ground water elevations were then calculated by subtracting the measured depth <br /> to ground water from relative casing elevations (Table 1- Relative Ground Water Elevations) <br /> Relative ground water elevations were plotted and contoured on a scaled site map (Figure 3 - <br /> IRelative Elevation Ground Water Map) <br /> After water levels were measured, approximately 12 to 15 gallons of ground water (minimum of three <br /> well volumes) were removed from wells MW-2, MW-3 and MW-5, while approximately 8 gallons <br /> of ground water were removed from well VW-1 C utilizing a Grundfos Redi-Flo 11 submersible pump <br /> Temperature, pH and conductivity were measured at regular intervals from each well using an ICM <br /> Model 52200 water analyzer, to monitor for stabilization of these characteristics during purging <br /> Stabilization data and field logs are included with Appendix A Purged ground water was <br /> containerized in 55-gallon drums and stored on-site in an area lacking general public access <br /> 2 2 GROUND WATER SAMPLING <br /> The ground water levels in monitoring wells MW-2, MW-3, MW-5 and VW-1 C, were allowed to <br /> recover for a minimum of one hour prior to sample collection Ground water samples were collected <br />
