INTRODUCTION <br /> In accordance with the request of Mr Ed Endich, Advanced GeoEnvironmentai, Inc (AGE) has <br /> prepared this Quarterly Report for the property at 101 South Wilson Way, Stockton, California The <br /> report summarizes field work performed at the site during October 1996 A description of previous <br /> investigations at the site rias included in Quartei ly Report - Apt it 1996, dated 12 June 1996, <br />' prepared by AGE The location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1 - Location Map A layout of the <br /> property is depicted in Figure 2 - Site Plan <br /> This report is prepared in accordance with the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental. Health Division (PHS-EHD) and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board (CVRWQCB) guidelines for the investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sites <br /> 2.0. QUARTERLY MONITORING PROCEDURES <br /> 2 1 MONITORING WELL PURGE PROCEDURES <br /> On 18 October 1996, the depth to ground water in each monitoring well was measui ed to the nearest <br /> 0 01 toot utilizing a Solinst water level meter The relative ground water elevations were calculated <br /> I by subtracting the depth to ground water from the relative casing elevations surveyed from a <br /> temporary benchmark assigned an arbitrary elevation (Table I-Relative Gi ound Watei Elevations) <br /> Relative ground water elevations were plotted and contoured on a scaled site map (Figure 3 - <br /> Relative Elevation Ground Watei Map) <br /> After water levels were measured, approximately 12 to 15 gallons of ground water (minimum of three <br /> well volumes) were removed from wells MW-1 through MW-5, while approximately 5 gallons of <br /> ground water were removed from well VW-I C utilizing a Grundfos Redi-Flo II submei sible pump <br /> Temperature, pH and conductivity were measured at regular intervals from each well using an ICM <br /> model 52200 water analyzer, to monitor stabilization of these characteristics Stabilization data and <br /> field logs are included with Appendix A Purged ground water was containerized in 55-gallon drums <br /> and stored on-site in an area inaccessible to the general public <br /> 2 2 GROUND WATER SAMPLING <br /> The ground water levels in monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-5, were allowed to recover for a <br /> minimum of one hour prior to sample collection Water samples were collected utilizing disposable <br />
