The proposed development project includes:
1. Three proposed two-bedroom mobile homes ("new residences") and an existing three-bedroom home
combining for a total wastewater flow of 650 gallons per day (gpd) from the following usage:
Wastewater flow of 150 gpd from each proposed two-bedroom mobile home; total flow of 450 gpd.
Wastewater flow of 200 gpd from the existing three bedroom home.
2. The total wastewater flow of 650 gpd is not to be used for septic system design or size calculation.
Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings:
The SSNL Study supports the suitability for standard OWTS usage for the proposed d project on the above
mentioned parcel, pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d), provided
proposed OWTS and 100% replacement area can meet all required minimum setbacks from any water wells
and the following condition:
1. Plate #2, Site Plan by George Davis, indicates the driveway will be installed over the existing septic
system for the house. No leach line shall be paved under concrete, blacktop, roadway or structure.
Leach lines must be maintained in an open area and must not be compacted (SJC Onsite Waste
Water Treatment Standards Sec. 9.5.4.).
If you have any questions please contact Aaron Gooderham, Environmental Health Specialist, EHS, at
agooderham@sjgov.org or (209) 468-3442.
MichI Kith, REHS
Program Coordinator
CC: Live Oak Geo Environmental, Inc.
1868 E.
