A site map shall <br />contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit <br />points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and <br />emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and <br />label as "NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />7 <br />HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br />release. <br />The emergency response procedures have not been submitted for 2019, and 2020. A business plan shall include <br />the following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, <br />but not limited to, the following: <br />- Immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br />- Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment <br />- Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the <br />correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />9 <br />HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br />The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) annually for 2020. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each <br />calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />12 <br />HSC 25505(c) Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel. <br />Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the Chemical inventory upon request. The emergency <br />response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by <br />this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities <br />for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. Immediately make arrangements to have the business <br />plan readily available for review. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection, June 30, 2020.
