All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. <br /> #1 Pool Gates <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Gate is padlocked due to closure(COVID-19 concerns). Unable to test it for proper function. Before pool <br /> re-opens gate shall self close and latch. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Gates and doors leading into the pool area shall be equipped with self-closing self-latching devices. <br /> Self-latching devices shall be designed to keep the gate or door securely closed. Gates and doors shall open outward from the pool area <br /> except where otherwise prohibited by law. (CBC 31198) Pool operator shall keep gates and doors leading into the pool area well <br /> maintained. (CCR 65535) <br /> #5 Restrooms and Showers <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Unable to inspect rest rooms since pool service did not have the keys. Before pool re-opens provide <br /> hot/cold water, hand soap, paper towels,toilet paper and proper ventilation. <br /> NOTE: pool currently closed due to concern from COVID-19 <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall ensure the following facilities are maintained and kept clean:showers, toilets, dressing <br /> facilities, drinking fountains,diaper-changing stations, floors, walls,partitions, doors,and lockers. Showers(except outside)shall be <br /> provided with soap in dispensers. Toilet facilities shall be provided with toilet tissue,hand soap, and paper towels or hot air blowers in <br /> permanently installed dispensers.Pool operator shall provide a minimum of one waste receptacle in each toilet facility. Wooden slats, <br /> duckboards and footbaths are prohibited. (CCR 65535, 65551)Showers and lavatories shall be provided with hot and cold water faucets. <br /> Maximum water temperature at showers and lavatories shall not exceed 110`F.
