S0 JOA U 1 Environmental Health Department <br /> U ; i y <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> NAGLEE BURK IRRIGATION DIST 1 18961 S LAMMERS RD,TRACY December 06, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from 12/6/16 to 12/6/19 for hazardous wastes including <br /> used oil and used oil filters were not found on site during the inspection. <br /> Note: Operator states that he has been taking used oil to O'reilly's located on 3323 N.Tracy Blvd,Tracy, CA 95376. <br /> Used metal oil filters have been accumulated on site for the past 3-4 years. <br /> Used oil and used metal oil filters are generated from maintenance performed on trucks. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately begin keeping a record of the contents, date, and quantity of used oil taken to <br /> O'reilly's and maintain them on site. Provide a copy of the consolidated manifest receipts and a corrective action <br /> statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 301 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following were observed in the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One used oil filter observed on the ground next to one 15 gallon drum with used oil filters.
