The containers <br /> were: <br /> -Three 55 gallon drums with used oil observed with no hazardous waste label. Operator filled out hazardous waste <br /> label. <br /> -One 15 gallon drum with used metal oil filters observed with no hazardous waste label. Operator filled out <br /> hazardous waste label. <br /> Note: Operator states that used oil and used oil filters have been on site for longer than one year. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), and accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTED ON SITE. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 1/5/19. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152). To schedule an <br /> appointment, please call (209)468-3420. <br /> Documents provided during inspection: Return to compliance certification, hazardous waste labels, hazardous <br /> waste label minimum requirements sheet, Household hazardous waste facility brochure. <br /> Waste streams found: used oil, used metal oil filters. <br /> Note: Operator states that he takes used oil to O'reilly's located on 3323 N Tracy Blvd, Tracy, CA 95376. <br /> Operator only operates on maintenance trucks on site.
