CCR 66262 . 34 (f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of <br /> hazardous waste . <br /> In the maintenance shop : <br /> - One 5 - gallon plastic bucket containing metal shavings was observed with a hazardous <br /> waste label missing the accumulation start date and the hazardous property . <br /> - One 5 -gallon plastic bucket containing metal shavings was observed with a hazardous <br /> waste label that had a 12/26/2017 accumulation start date and was missing the <br /> hazardous property . <br /> In the hazardous waste storage area : <br /> - One black 55-gallon steel drum containing oily absorbent was observed with a <br /> hazardous waste label that was missing the accumulation start date and the hazardous <br /> property . <br /> - One 275 poly totes containing adhesive water and one 275 gallon poly tote containing <br /> oily water were observed with hazardous waste labels missing the hazardous property . <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information : <br /> - the words " Hazardous Waste " <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> - composition ( contents ) <br /> - accumulation start date <br /> This was corrected on site . <br /> Response : During our daily inspections , we are inspecting for violations .
