SAN J O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> -- <br /> CC)UNTY <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> FIRST CLASS YACHT 6651 EMBARCADERO DR, STOCKTON October 28, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS 11,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3)Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility periodically generates used oil and oil filters and disposes of them at a used oil <br /> collection center located at the Village West Marina. A log book is kept detailing when and how much waste is <br /> generated. The facility lost the log book records generated in 2016 and 2017 and had not generated any hazardous <br /> waste in 2019. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately start to keep proper documentation. Provide a corrective action statement to <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> This is a repeat violation,Class Il. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by November 27, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate($152).
