Violation 102- Until I receive all the disposal receipts for the glue and chlorine tablets, I will consider the contaminated
rags as properly disposed of. It was mentioned you are taking multiple trips to dispose of all the waste, this is okay by
me.
Violation 301- 1 still cannot close it. Although you cleaned the oily residue, it washed into a sand/oil separator, which you
state is not in use.The oily residue is still considered hazardous waste and cannot be left in that sand/oil separator. For
me to close out this violation I would need the sand/oil separator and its contents properly disposed of and would need
any disposal receipt. I also would recommend discontinuing use of the sand/oil separator, since very little maintenance
is done at your facility.
If you have another method to handle violation 301, 1 will consider it as well.
Please respond on what action will be taken to address violation 301.
Keep in my your return to compliance was due over a month ago on July 31"2019.
Were you able to close out these last two violations?
Hope to hear from you soon,
.JASON GAITAN
EHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 E.Hazelton Ave.Stockton,CA95205
(209)561-7298
(209)468-9848
Virus-free. www.avast.com
2
