Target T2347, 16858 Golden Valley Pkwy, Lathrop, CA Record ID PR0528987 <br /> 1/29/2018 <br /> PHOTO#5 <br /> The following items were observed not containerized on a shelf in the Exchanges & Returns area of the facility: A Wet Platinum Silicone Lubricant Serum <br /> labeled "ST"for State Regulated Waste and dated 1/29/19; A Party String Mul Grafix Can labeled "FL"for Flammable, Aersol/Toxic, Ignitable and dated <br /> 1/29/19; A Sensodyne ProNamel Mint toothpaste labeled "ST" and dated 1/29/19; A package of two Dove soap bars labeled "ST" and dated 1/29/19; A <br /> package of two Little Remedies Infant Acetaminophen labeled "ST" and dated 1/29/19. According to Danielle Heuston, Executive Team Leader, these <br /> items should have been placed in a closed tote labeled ESIM, which would then be taken to the hazardous waste storage area of the facility by the end of <br /> the day so that the items may be sorted into their appropriate bins.
