Target T2347, 16858 Golden Valley Pkwy, Lathrop, CA Record ID PR0528987 <br /> 1/29/2018 <br /> PHOTO#38 <br /> The following was found sitting on a PVC pipe that appeared to be mounted to a wall near the trash compactor in the back of the facility: <br /> -A broken tube of Loreal Ever Creme Deep Nourishing Conditioner.
