SAN J O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> 6 . Quarterly inspections shall include but are not limited to the following : <br /> a . Visual inspection of all locked caps and concrete plugs <br /> b . Removal of locking caps to determine if any liquids or other substances have been <br /> added to the USTs <br /> c . Verification that the USTs continue to be inerted to levels that will preclude an explosion <br /> 7 . Submit copies of quarterly inspection reports to the EHD within 30 days of each inspection . <br /> 8 . The UST system must continue to comply with monitoring requirements , repair and <br /> recordkeeping requirements , release reporting and investigation requirements , and release <br /> response and corrective action requirements . <br /> 9 . The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS ) at cers . calepa . ca . gov and update the UST Facility and Tank forms to report the <br /> temporary closure and ensure all information is current . <br /> 10 . Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval .
