Observed a concrete pad area <br />where the 500 -gallon diesel tank was previously located. No hazardous material storage tank(s) or any other <br />hazardous materials were noted during this inspection. Based on today's inspection this facility's HMBP program <br />will be inactivated. <br />The hazardous materials reporting thresholds, pursuant to HSC § 25507, are >= 55 -gallons of liquids, 500 -pounds <br />of solids, and 200 cubic feet of gases, or above the limits set forth for extremely hazardous substances.
