Our scope of services for this assessment
included the following tasks:
}
( o Conducting a reconnaissance to identify potential contamination
sources on or adjacent to the site and to evaluate present site
i conditions.
o Reviewing local, state, and federal data bases to identify hazard-
ous waste generators and/or sites near the property.
lo Interpreting historical vertical aerial photographs.
o Reviewing the leaking underground storage tank (UST) list for the
j State of California to assess the proximity of known sites with
l contamination to the subject property.
o Submitting permits to the San Joaquin Local Health District to
perform subsurface explorations.
. o Drilling, installing, and developin groundwater monitor
wells.
o Collecting four sediment samples an °' a groundwater samples.
o Analyzing hydrogeologic conditions and chemical data.
o Preparing this report; describing our explorations; and presenting
our findings, conclusions, and assessment.
L
i
i
