California Regional Water Quality Control Board: The Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (RWQC3) in Sacramento provided information on unauthorized <br /> releases of hazardous substances from underground storage tanks (UST) for <br /> several locations in the vicinity of the subject site. An "unauthorized <br /> release" includes leaks from USTs, piping, tank overfills, and surficial <br /> spills. Reported leaks are contained in a statewide report entitled "State <br /> 'dater Resources Control Board Report on Releases of Hazardous Substances <br /> from Underground Storage Tanks." <br /> Table 2 presents sites and reported contaminants listed within a 1-mile <br /> radius of the subject property; the locations of these are shown on Figure <br /> 2. <br /> 4.2.2 Other Sources <br /> i <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District: The San Joaquin Local Health Department <br /> was contacted to inquire about reports of releases, leaks or spills of <br /> 4 hazardous or toxic materials in the area. This information is compiled in <br />( the Unauthorized Release Recort (UAR) list which appears analogous to the <br /> RWQC3 List noted above. The UAR list was reviewed for sites within a 1- <br /> mile radius of the subject property. Most of the sites on this list were <br /> also on the RWQCB List (Table 2) , therefore, Table 3 lists only sites <br /> unique to the UAR list. The locations of these sites are shown on Figure <br /> 2. <br />(.. Stockton Fire Department: The Stockton Fire Department was contacted to <br /> inquire about complaints concerning hazardous or toxic material spills <br /> within a 1-mile radius of the subject property. No records of complaints <br /> were found. <br /> San Joaquin Office of Emergency Services: The San Joaquin County Office of <br /> Emergency Services (OES) was contacted to review their Information Incident <br /> Data System for spills within a 1-mile radius of the site. One spill was <br /> noted as being about 1/4 mile to the east on Navy Drive.
