For the container of Penetrol, can of dried paint and the dried resin either <br />provide a statement that the items are not a waste and it is something you are going to use or properly dispose <br />of it and provide a disposal record. <br />-#104-Send me a copy of the modified contingency plan (I've attached a copy) <br />4110 & #113 -Send me a copy of the disposal records for all hazardous waste from July 2016 to July 2019. <br />4117 & #120 -Provide a corrective action statement of how you fixed this violation (EX -Going forward will we <br />respond within 30 days of receiving an inspection report...) <br />4303-1 closed this one out based on the photos of the eye wash you sent me. <br />-#601-Properly dispose of the waste paint and send me a copy of the disposal record <br />4605 -Provide a corrective action statement saying how all hazardous waste is now completely labeled. <br />4608 -Provide copies of all used oil filter disposal records from July 2016 to July 2019.
