This information was required to be submitted by 119/2016. This <br />information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an <br />inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a siatement documenting corrective <br />actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting <br />corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br />Open minor violations from 12/1012015 inspection: <br />-Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste or retain waste analysis on site for 3 years <br />-Managed a hazardous waste without an identification number <br />-Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems spill control or decontamination equipment <br />-No modified contingency plan <br />Moving forward we will make necessary correction within 30 days of violation(s) findings. <br />This is a Class If violation. <br />303 <br />CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br />equipment. <br />The eyewash located on the east wall of the shop was dirty. had debris 1n the sink and rusty water came out when it <br />was tested. All facility communications or alarm systems. Fre protection equipment, spill control equipment, and <br />decontamination equipment. where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper <br />operation in time of emergency. Immediately begin this practice and provide proof to the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation. Class Il. Correction completed and picture of correction sent 8/4/2019. <br />601 <br />CCR 66262.34(d) Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br />One black metal 55 gallon drum of waste paint was observed next to the spray booth without an accumulation start <br />date on the label. No disposal records were available for review for waste paint. Facilities who generate less than <br />1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stared on site at any time may store <br />waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste <br />under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHO. <br />This is a repeat violation. Class II. This is a compound polishing materials. SDS is attached. Materials is going to be handle by <br />Safety Kleen.
