This information was required to be submitted by 1/9/2016. This <br /> information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an <br /> inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective <br /> actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting <br /> corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> Open minor violations from 12/10/2015 inspection: <br /> -Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste or retain waste analysis on site for 3 years <br /> -Managed a hazardous waste without an identification number <br /> -Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination equipment <br /> -No modified contingency plan <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 303 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> The eyewash located on the east wall of the shop was dirty, had debris in the sink and rusty water came out when it <br /> was tested. All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and <br /> decontamination equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper <br /> operation in time of emergency. Immediately begin this practice and provide proof to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> One black metal 55 gallon drum of waste paint was observed next to the spray booth without an accumulation start <br /> date on the label. No disposal records were available for review for waste paint. Facilities who generate less than <br /> 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store <br /> waste on site up to 180 days.
