The last <br />disposal record for used antifreeze was dated 7/3/2018. <br />-Two blue metal 55 gallon drums of used oil were observed without an accumulation start date. The last disposal <br />record for used oil was dated 1/15/2019. <br />-One black metal 55 gallon drum of used absorbent was observed without an accumulation start date. No disposal <br />records for used absorbent were available for review. <br />Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste <br />stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste <br />hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br />-One white metal 55 gallon drum of used antifreeze was observed without generator name and address, hazardous <br />properties, physical state and an accumulation start date in the hazardous waste storage area. <br />-One blue metal 55 gallon drum of used oil was observed in the hazardous waste storage area without a hazardous <br />waste label. <br />-One blue metal 55 gallon drum of used oil was observed in the hazardous waste storage area with a blank <br />hazardous waste label. <br />-One white plastic five gallon bucket of oily absorbent was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br />-One black metal 55 gallon drum of used absorbent was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br />All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> - the words “Hazardous Waste” <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> - composition (contents) <br /> - accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br />information and provide proof to the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />Page 6 of 8 <br />FA0005359 PR0529505 SC001 08/16/2019 <br />EHD 22-01 Rev. 09/27/2018 Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator OIR <br />1868 E.
