The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for CAL TRANS MAINT SHOP 10 as of August 19, 2020. <br /> Open violations from July 10, 2020 inspection <br /> Violation #2 - Failed to complete and electronically submit a hazardous materials business plan. <br /> The facility's business plan was not submitted electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS)for 2019 and 2020. As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans <br /> electronically. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, <br /> and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #5 - Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site. <br /> The Hazardous Materials Inventory has not been submitted for 2019 and 2020, and twelve cylinders of propane <br /> cylinders (estimated 152 gallons; actual volume was not available)were found on site and have not been reported. <br /> Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the <br /> materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #6 - Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> A site map was not completed or submitted as part of the business plan for 2019 and 2020. A site map shall <br /> contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit <br /> points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and <br /> emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and <br /> label as "NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
