Propane—the storage pressure and storage temperature elements have not been completed. <br /> 2. Oxygen—the amount of compressed oxygen has wrong been identified in pounds vs. cubic feet. <br /> • Violation #6,the site map does not show or address the following: <br /> 1. Much of the information on the map is not legible. <br /> 2. Internal roads. <br /> 3. Access and exit points for the facility from the street. <br /> 4. The location(s) of the acetylene, diesel, and propane. <br /> A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, <br /> access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, <br /> 3 <br />
