We already changed the business activities to include hazardous materials. <br /> Hazardous Materials section- Update site map to include all required elements. You may upload 2 maps <br /> to more clearly show the entrance and exit to the facility and the adjacent roads. Make sure to distinguish <br /> between Pearl's buildings/structures and yours on the map. <br /> Emergency Response and Training Plan- Use the printed form or the template provided on CERS to <br /> complete the Consolidated Emergency Response plan and upload to CERS. For the training plan, you may <br /> choose to use the emergency response plan training section. To do this, select Provided Elsewhere in CERS <br /> and then select Emergency Response and Training Plan for the location. <br /> For you haz waste- Make sure to keep records for three years of all hazardous waste disposal. If you take your <br /> oil to the collection center, make sure to keep a log or a receipt.
