The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for MATTHEWS FARMING as of December12, 2019. <br /> Open violations from October 31, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation #113- Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from 1123119 for hazardous wastes including used oil <br /> and oily water through KERN OIL FILTER RECYCLING were not found on site during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts and maintain them on site. <br /> Provide a copy of the consolidated manifest receipts and a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> 1Z This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> $ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: \ L <br /> GL4K h - <br /> CC <br /> Violation#608 -Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> OBSERVATION: This facility generates drained used metal oil filters. A complete three year bill of lading record for <br /> used oil filter recycling was not observed during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: <br /> Persons generating, transporting, or receiving used metal oil filters shall use a bill of lading to record the transfer of <br /> used oil filters. Bills of lading must indicate generator, transporter, and receiving company names, addresses, <br /> telephone numbers, the quantity and size of used oil filter containers transferred, and the date of transfer. A copy of <br /> each bill of lading must be kept on the premises of the generator, transporter, and receiving facility where the used <br /> oil filters were handled. Copies of bills of lading shall be kept for a period of three years. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain all missing bili of lading recycling records that can be found.
