I added a violation for failure to keep consolidated manifests on record for three years. Consolidated manifests
are the shipping document that the transporter (Kern Oil) leaves the facility. There is one manifest from
1/23/19 from Kern Oil for 400 gallons oil and 60 gallons of oily water that I would like you to find a copy of
and keep for your records for 3 years. Provide a copy of the manifest, along with a corrective action statement
for keeping hazardous waste disposal records to the me.
Thank you,
Christine Lawrence
From: Christine Lawrence
Sent: Thursday, October 31, 2019 11:50 AM
To: 'matthewsfarming@gmail.com' <matthewsfarming@gmail.com>
Subject: Recent HMBP and hazardous waste inspection reports
Hello Steven,
I have attached the inspection reports for the October 31, 2019 hazardous waste and hazardous materials
business plan (HMBP) inspections at Matthew's Farming at 8440 N Demartini Ln.
