The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for A M FARMS as of Septemberl7, 2019. <br /> Open violations from August 07, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation#301 -Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> Evidence of spillsnext to the waste oil tank was observed. Dark stained soils and gravel was observed in the vicinity <br /> the waste oil tank. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or <br /> release of hazardous waste to air, soil,or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment <br /> Immediately remove contaminated soil and gravel , and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. <br /> Submit a statement explaining how this waste was managed. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ;WThis violation will be corrected by(date): d� 1 <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included Oro <br /> Describe acti taken or will b taken to correct violation: t, <br /> 1L.l,L S <br /> b'l i Coce Ii <br /> Violation#60B-Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil fitters for the last three years were not found on site. Acopy of each bill of <br /> fading must be kept on sde far at ieastthree}mars- Immediately Ibcale a copy at a0 b0ls of ladingfor used o0 fitters <br /> for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHO. <br /> Oil filters were observed in a 55 gallon drum with an open top and unlabeled. Used oil filters shall be drained of <br /> free-Flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container,labeled as"drained used oil filters," and marked with an <br /> accumulation start date. Immediately store filters in a closed container, label and ensure that all used oil fillers are <br /> managed in this way. <br /> 'J.
