Provide proof of training within 30 days to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)for employees whose responsibilities include hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)website. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS <br /> website. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately report your business activities including the hazardous waste program on the <br /> CERS website. Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by August 13, 2020. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. The report was emailed to the vice president, Teofilo Macias Jr, at <br /> <dinoandsonditch ing@yahoo.com>. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at <br /> EHD hourly rate ($152). To schedule an appointment, please call (209)468-3420. <br /> Documents provided during inspection: list of free training classes <br /> Waste streams found: used oil, drained used oil metal filters, aerosol cans, lead acid batteries <br /> Facility did not have any hazardous waste pickups in 2019. 0.68 tons of used oil was hauled off in 2020. The <br /> facility will periodically change oil on equipment.
