Hazardouswaste ID number CAL000403425 is inactive, according <br />to the DTSC database. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardouswaste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for <br />transportation, hazardouswaste without having received an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Identification <br />(ID) Number. A State EPA ID number is required for generators of less than 100 kg RCRA hazardous waste per <br />month, less than 1 kg of acutely hazardouswaste per month or any amount of non-RCRA hazardouswaste. ID <br />numbers are unique to a business and site location. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gw/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ <br />to reactivate your State ID number . Immediately reactivate your ID number and submit evidence to the San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />113 <br />HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br />OBSERVATION: Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from 2017 through 2019 for hazardouswastes including <br />used oil were not found on site during the inspection <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br />This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br />the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from 2017 to 2019 and <br />maintain them on site. Provide a copy ofthe consolidated manifest receipts and a corrective action statement to the <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />This is an amended official inspection report. This report supersedes any previous inspection checklists or <br />Official inspection reports. This report was amended on 09/10/2019. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork within 30 days of receipt of this report. <br />Starting September 1, 2018, all in -office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
